The Moroccan national karate team’s stellar performance

At the North African Karate Championships in Cairo,
Egypt, the Moroccan national karate team had an outstanding performance, winning 9 gold, 6 silver,
and 10 bronze medals for a total of 25 medals.
The Moroccan National Karate Team competed in the U14 and U21 categories against athletes from Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, and other countries.

The Royal Moroccan Karate Federation took to social media to thank the athletes for their hard work,
stating that the achievement was the result of the athletes’ efforts and the coaches’ effective training,
making the federation proud. Unfortunately, despite Morocco’s outstanding performance,
the overall medal standings were topped by the Egyptian team.

Inter-Collegiate Karate Tournament with 609 karate players

On a recent Saturday, the 12th round of the Inter-Collegiate Karate Tournament sponsored by Misuru Karate and Dow Associates in Meghalaya took place.
A total of 609 karateka participated in the tournament, 100 more than last year.
The participants were all drawn from schools and colleges in the Meghalaya region and showed a high level of competition.
