The Many Benefits of Goju-Ryu Karate
Krugersdorf Goju-Ryu Karate Academy is led by an instructor with over 20 years of experience and has members of all ages who love martial arts.
We don’t just teach martial arts, we teach things like etiquette for mental growth.
Goju-Ryu Karate focuses on building health and flexibility to aid in self-defense by teaching you how to best respond when an opponent throws a kick or punch.
The academy’s emphasis on discipline and etiquette sets it apart from other martial arts clubs,
and it focuses on personal growth as well as martial arts.
For people with asthma or behavioral issues, karate builds confidence,
which helps them in their daily lives.
